Personally, I've never really dug the classic Superman get-up, and as far as redesigns go, I think the DCnU design is among the worst. I'd prefer Sebastian's -- or one of the many you can find on the web -- to the official DC(n)U version any day.

Very cool. Would certainly solve any problems with modern day recreations of Superman and the actors who don't want to wear the red pants lol. Might suggest coloured boots though, maybe in the torso's blue colour...?

I'd lose the red stripes on the sides of the chest and maybe put some color on the end of the sleeves. Other than that, this is a really solid redesign. I don't understand how come there can be so many awesome interpretations of Superman online, that stay true to his iconic status, and yet we get stuck with lameness in the comics.
