Brian Post's Cobra Commander

Brian Post has sent us some fantastic redesigns in the past, so it was great to see him shoot us something for April's "anything goes" break before Avengers posts start going up:

Brian Post's Cobra Commander
"I grew up watching the 80's cartoon, and G.I. Joe is near and dear to me. My redesign would be for a new G.I. Joe cartoon. Streamlined. Prideful. Arrogant. Smart. These are the qualities I wanted to take into account on this design. Watermark of the cobra placed on the top of his helmet/mask is to remind everyone that he is the brains of the operation. Sash and cape to show his flair for the dramatic. Dark color scheme because he is, of course, the bad guy."
What do you all think? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned for more redesigns as the month presses on.

Remember, you can send in your Avengers redesigns any time, but keep in mind that they won't be posted until May. For details on the Avengers contest, please click here.
