One of my favorite things about periodically running "anything goes" redesigns is that we pick up versions of characters that I think I'd never think of. Case in point:

Tory didn't leave any thoughts on his piece, but this is a fun redesign of a character badly in need of one in the old DCU. The star insignia on the upper half of the body is particularly inspired.
